Yes, you are always welcome to leave the room at any time... but the clock never stops.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your start time. No entry to the premises will be allowed before this time.
Escape Games are a live event, if you are more than 20 minutes late we may have to cancel your game, but we will try our best to accommodate you. If you are going to be late please call 07447 312017 to make us aware and/or reschedule your game. No-shows and cancellations will, unfortunately not be refunded.
Should you wish to cancel, please call 07479928097 48 hours before your game is due and we will try our best to reschedule your game for another date. Cancellations made less that 48 hours before your game time can not be refunded and may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Yes, our rooms are spacious and if you do feel claustrophobic you are allowed to leave the room at any time.
